16-cm enamel dial with Roman numerals both callibrated for seconds and minutes, numbered 983, gilt Breguet hands and blued sweep seconds, month going weight driven movement with screwed down pillars, deadbeat escapement mounted on the backplate and maintaining power, separately steel suspended pedulum with mercury reservoir and beat adjustment to the crutch, the whole mounted on a heavy brass bracket with four adjustment screws separately hung in the rectangular mahogany case with moulded stepped top, glass panels to the top part of the sides, glazed door, concave sided base with drawer.
