About Toebosch Antiques

From 1974 on, Marcel Toebosch started as an Antiques dealer in Rijswijk The Netherlands supplying mainly to other dealers. Soon he developed a preference for clocks, music boxes and barometers together with good decorative objects. In 1990 he started a shop in the famous Nieuwe Spiegelstraat in Amsterdam, first with Fred van Dreven, but from 2000 on his own. He exhibited at fairs in The Netherlands, Germany and the U.S.A. In 2009 Drs Jos Meis joined the firm after working for Sotheby’s as a clock expert for 8 ½ years. Toebosch Antiques is the address for good clocks, music boxes and barometers. Nowadays Toebosch Antiques are exhibiting at the PAN fair in Amsterdam and the Fine Art fair ‘s-Hertogenbosch.
